EvoEstate – Platform Introduction
EvoEstate is a P2P platform that acts as an aggregator of offers from 14 different portals in Europe. Among the choices are, for example, Nordstreet, HeavyFinance and Profitus from Lithuania, Rendity from Austria or Raizers from France. EvoEstate then picks the most interesting offers across individual portals and creates a rating for each platform and individual project. EvoEstate itself has a “skin in the game” for individual offers, ie it also owns a certain fixed share. The platform has a team of experienced advisors for individual markets.
Currently (03/2021) approximately 4,500 investors are registered on the portal and the average yield of the platform is 11.13% p.a.. EvoEstate features a primary and secondary market. Auto Invest tool for automating the investment process is also available. The minimum investment amount is EUR 100, more than on most comparable platforms. The narrow selection of the EvoEstate platform can be transparently tracked on a separate statistics page. The platform benefits from the fact that it is able to invest higher funds than a regular retail investor and thus has bonuses from individual offers.
In terms of investment volume, EvoEstate is still one of the small and very young portals, which involves some increased risks. Therefore the question whether EvoEstate will be able to stick to its established philosophy of “diversification, transparency and skin in the game” on a larger scale is still to be answered. This also includes a possible change in investor fees and terms & conditions updates, which we have seen at several young portals previously. On the other hand, the investor can benefit here by simply registering and thus gaining access to ratings, especially if the investor uses one of the platforms on which EvoEstate is active.
The platform was struggling with an outflow of investors during Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, we believe that it was caused mainly due to platforms youth. Portals with real security, such as real estate, generally showed higher stability.
