InRento – Platform Introduction
The Lithuanian crowdfunding marketplace InRento focuses on buy-to-let deals, i.e. the acquisition of a property for the purpose of renting it out. It was founded in 2020 and is linked in ownership to the aggregation platform EvoEstate, which has the same founder and shares part of the management.
The projects on the platform at the moment are overwhelmingly from Vilnius, with the rest also from Lithuania. This is also why InRento is raising money from other sources (in a recent investment round it raised EUR 530k from investors) and plans to expand – in the first phase to Spain. The simple system of how it all works is described in the picture below.

The interesting part for investors is the exit from the investment. This can take place in two ways. If the investor holds the investment until the end (the investment horizon is usually between 5 and 10 years), he also participates in its appreciation over time. The second option is to exit early by selling on the secondary market. However, in this case you will lose any additional profit and pay a 2% fee as a seller.

Apart from secondary market sales, there are no other fees on the platform, and investments are only possible in Euros, with a relatively high minimum amount of 500 Euros per investment. Due to the nature of the offers on the platform, there is no Autoinvest. Each opportunity is described in detail, accompanied by a number of photographs and even after investing, there are regular updates with information about, for example, its lease.
The platform is still relatively small, with less than 200 investors. You can find the current statistics of the platform here. Due to the platform’s youth, there are no management or finanacial reports available yet.
