Brickfy – Platform Introduction
Brickfy is an Estonian fintech marketplace that offers opportunities to invest in business and real estate secured loans. The Brickfy platform is interesting in that it acts as an aggregator of offers not only from different loan providers, but also from different P2P platforms. So far, there are 10 of them, and the best-known ones include, for example, Bulkestate or Kviku. Brickfy makes it easier for investors to access them, when one registration for Brickfy is enough to gain the opportunity to invest. The platform wants to continue to expand the number of providers in the coming months. How it works is shown in the image below.
Brickfy shows a calculated average annual return for investors of 12.45% on their web. Most loans are protected by a “buyback” obligation in the event of default.

The company is a registered financial institution in Estonia and it should be noted that currently the offer on the platform is limited by how young the platform is – it will take some time to show its potential.
